Spaulding Rehabilitation Network includes long-term acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing and therapy services. It is a part of Partners HealthCare System.

The care teams of the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network have received national recognition for their patient programs, services and processes. Its flagship, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Boston serves as a teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School and has consistently been recognized as one of the top rehabilitation hospitals in the country, ranked in 2011 as #5 by U.S. News and World Report .

MDlog was initially deployed at Spaulding Cambridge In-Patient Rehabilitation Facility. Based on the efficiency achieved by the medical staff at the facility MDlog usage was extended to Spaulding Northshore, their Long Term Post Acute Care Setting in Salem, MA. The medical staff at these facilities use MDlog for documenting clinical notes for the delivered care.
